Moto Official Tool
Process 1: Initial Preparation and Fastboot Connection
First, I downloaded the Motorola Software Fix EXE tool. After that, I connected the Motorola G54 device in Fastboot mode. Once the device was connected, I downloaded and saved the official firmware file provided by the tool.
Process 2: Flashing via SP Flash Tool
Next, I opened SP Flash Tool v6. In the "Download Agent" section, I loaded the blankflash.xml file. Then, I loaded the authentication file named auth_sv5.auth. After selecting Firmware Upgrade as the flash option, I clicked on the Download button to begin the flashing process.
Process 3: Final Flash Using Motorola Software Fix Tool
After completing the flashing process with SP Flash Tool, I used the Motorola official Software Fix Tool again to flash the same official firmware file that was downloaded in Process 1. This ensured that the device was fully restored using the official software.
Finally, click the Download button to initiate the flashing process.

Note :
All of that could be accomplished by simple UPGRADING
from android 13/14 to Android 15 by Moto Software Fix tool,
and is a bug in ANdroid 15 transition.
Also ... it works ONLY on older firmware, re-upgrading to android 15
wont remove frp, like using BlankFlash from 1st link, will do absolutely NOTHING.
